As some companies may be unfamiliar with AI in a professional setting and others may be very advanced, this document caters to diverse user needs by providing differentiated guidance across three proficiency levels. These levels range from using AI to streamline business operations and boost efficiency (level 1), to driving performance (level 2) and finally for business transformation and excellence (level 3).

Those who may be new to AI are encouraged to work through the levels in a linear fashion. Those who have more experience are free to dip in and out of each section as they see fit, commensurate with their business’ AI experience.
