Introduction

Annual Holiday Entitlement

The total annual holiday entitlement includes 23 industry holidays and 8 public/bank holidays, amounting to 31 days. Holidays are accrued at a rate of 0.596 days per week of service, with flexibility introduced for the 16 industry holidays, which may be taken at any time by agreement with the employer.
