Introductions

Election of Chair
The meeting commenced with the election of a new Chair. Joanne James, Director of PLP Construction was nominated and subsequently elected as Chair of the group.
Joanne then introduced herself to the attendees, sharing details about her background, which includes running a small construction business. She noted that like many members, they are an SME, so she takes on a variety of roles within her company, including HR responsibilities.
