CITB Consensus
All employers registered with CITB are likely aware that the Consensus consultation is now underway. CITB is seeking your feedback on the 2026-2029 Levy Proposals. As a prescribed organisation, NFB is responsible for consulting with our members during this process to gather their views. The survey will run for six weeks from 17th March to 2nd May. All of our primary contacts should have already received a voting form.
Planning and Infrastructure Bill Published
The long-awaited Planning and Infrastructure Bill had its first Reading on 11 March. The Second Reading is scheduled for 24 March.
The Bill has five Parts:
Part 1 – Infrastructure:
- Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects
- Electricity Infrastructure
- Transport Infrastructure
Part 2 – Planning
