Introduction
The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) update has made important changes to the way planning policy is set out in England. Some revisions return us to a time where failing councils were help to account for under-delivery, others create the momentum for further reforms in the context of a more supportive planning environment. A few will add costs to planning applications.
Changes continue to be announced, so this document will be updated periodically.
