Introduction

The National Federation of Builders is proud to collaborate with Interclass, Genuis Within, and CITB to run the Neurodiversity in Construction Training Programme. This scheme is designed to build knowledge and practical skills around neurodiversity in the workplace, aiming to support a more inclusive culture in the construction industry. The programme is divided into two parts: self-paced eLearning courses and interactive in-person and virtual training sessions led by expert facilitators.

What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity is the term used to describe the different ways in which people’s brains function, learn and process information, not better, not worse, simply different.  This diversity means that individuals may face unique challenges, but they also bring valuable strengths to the industry.
